The Very Headwaters is the newest and most exclusive fishing program within the Tsimane, taking anglers to the completely untouched headwaters of the Amazon rivers. The Heli Fishing program provides access to remote and unfished waters by helicopter, with daily short flights (5-10 minutes) that open the door to completely unspoiled fishing grounds.
Anglers fish in isolated jungle waters where the fish have hardly ever seen a fly, providing an exceptional experience and the chance to catch big fish. In addition to fishing, the program is also ideal for wildlife viewing in one of the richest biodiversity areas in the world. Limited to just four anglers per week, the program represents one of the most exclusive fly fishing experiences in the world.

Guests stay at Pluma Jungle Lodge, a comfortable jungle lodge built from sustainably harvested wood from the local jungle. The lodge currently offers five double rooms for eight anglers and one guide.
Guests enjoy international cuisine, complemented by a selection of fine Argentine, Chilean and Bolivian wines. There is also an all-inclusive bar with spirits, liqueurs and cocktails, completing the luxurious jungle experience.
